Meet Annette Marr: Freedom House Treasurer

Is that a rhetorical question, DeConstructor? Are you egging us on? OK, here goes….

Let me introduce everyone to the third part of the Freedom House management team: Annette Marr. The former Annette Perrone, is inmate # 2132149. Among her dastardly deeds is vehicular assault. It seems El Presidente Randall 13th stepped her in AA, and the two got hitched. Apparently, the couple was not content just screwing each other, and decided to take their act into a family business, where they can screw others, as well. I must admit that her mugshot is less scary than the Randall’s and Francine’s, but she still looks like she just lost her last dollar in a game of blackjack.

I know what you’re saying – it can’t get any more ridiculous. Right? Wrong. Stay tuned.

    While the Freedom House certainly has an impressive management team and board of directors, it is my opinion (of course, opinions are like assholes – everybody has one and they usually stink) that the Freedom House still can't compete with the stunning amenities of The Johnson Sober Living House under the seasoned leadership of Lance Glock.

Too bad there isn't a Zagat's Guide to Sober Living Homes to help the discerning consumer plan their long-term court-ordered incarcerations.

    In case you wondered what Negligent Vehicular Assault is:

    Montana Code Annotated 2009

    45-5-205. Negligent vehicular assault — penalty. (1) A person who negligently operates a vehicle, other than a bicycle as defined in 61-8-102, while under the influence of alcohol, a dangerous drug, any other drug, or any combination of the three, as provided for in 61-8-401(1), and who causes bodily injury to another commits the offense of negligent vehicular assault.

    (2) Subject to subsection (3), a person convicted of the offense of negligent vehicular assault shall be fined an amount not to exceed $1,000 or incarcerated in a county jail for a term not to exceed 1 year, or both, and shall be ordered to pay restitution as provided in 46-18-241.

    (3) A person convicted of the offense of negligent vehicular assault who caused serious bodily injury to another shall be fined an amount not to exceed $10,000 or incarcerated for a term not to exceed 10 years, or both, and shall be ordered to pay restitution as provided in 46-18-241.

    (4) If a term of incarceration is imposed under subsection (2) or (3), the judge may suspend the term of incarceration upon the condition of payment of any fine imposed and of restitution. If the person does not pay the fine or restitution, the term of incarceration may be imposed.
